Born from a dream and built with passion and determination to be a flourishing minority-owned business, Master Enterprises has served Indiana and the Midwest region since its inception in 1984, by founder Ron L. Orr.

Originally established as an air filter manufacturer and distributor, Master Enterprises thrives today under the leadership of Ron’s son Darrin, and has expanded well beyond HVAC to specialize in Material Supply– focusing on traffic & signal, lighting, electrical and mechanical supplies - and Workplace Wellness, including adjustable height workspaces, ergonomic seating, supplement-infused coffee & beverages, PPE, air purifiers, security, access control, and more.

We’ve evolved to source, short-term store, & deliver MEP infrastructure materials, conduit, vaults, generators, traffic & signal equipment, signs, lighting & more on horizontal construction projects.

As a black-owned and operated business, Master Enterprises holds DBE, MBE, and Hubzone certifications to help companies, organizations, contractors, and government agencies meet their XBE goals. Growing into the next generation with the addition of Darrin’s son, Bryce, Master Enterprises continues to be a positive staple in the community that aims to enhance the way people commute, work, learn, and live.
